Rev. Chris and Pastor Heidi have been married since 1990 and have 4 children, two "in-law" children and 11 grand children at this time.

We both love our Savior Jesus Christ and we are committed to keeping Him the Lord of our life. How? by "closing the gap".

Here at The First Free Methodist Church of Gloversville, that is what we encourage us all to do, close the gap and draw closer to God, because that is where HOPE & PEACE is found.

We serve a God of peace, NOT of disorder as we read in 1 Corinthians 14:33. Therefore, the "disorder" in our life comes as the GAP between us and God increases. How does it increase? The gap increases when we don't communicate with Him enough, when we don't read the Bible, when we don't pray and when we don't take time to listen to Him.  The gap between us and God increases as we do things according to the plans we have, rather than the plans He has!

Do we want PEACE in our life, in our marriage, in the church? YES we do! Do you?.... Then come join us as we close the gap and draw closer to God, who has the BEST plan.
